2. Service Description

InvisHosting provides free anonymous file hosting with a maximum file size of 300MB per upload. The Service includes file hosting, URL shortening, and related features.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload, share, or distribute any illegal content
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious software
• Upload content that infringes on copyrights or intellectual property rights
• Upload any pornographic content, whether real or drawn/animated — this includes but is not limited to explicit images, videos, and illustrations
• Upload child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this will be immediately reported to authorities
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or abuse the Service
• Use automated tools to mass-upload files or abuse rate limits
• Use the Service for spam or phishing

4. File Storage & Deletion

Files are stored indefinitely unless:

• You request deletion (registered users can do this from their dashboard)
• The file violates these Terms of Service
• The file is subject to a legal takedown request
• The file has no downloads for 90 consecutive days
• The file was uploaded as temporary (auto-deleted after the specified duration)

We reserve the right to remove any file at any time without notice.

5. DMCA & Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA takedown requests. If you believe content hosted on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at the email provided in the Law Enforcement section.

Repeat infringers will have their accounts banned and IPs blocked.

6. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect minimal data as required by EU law. See our Privacy Policy for full details. In summary:

• IP addresses are logged for abuse prevention and cooldown enforcement
• File metadata (name, size, upload time) is stored
• We use cookies for essential functionality and advertising
• We do not sell personal data to third parties

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data preservation, or that the Service will be error-free. Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

InvisHosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend checking this page periodically.
